| The warranty is a way to drive business. A warranty and a great track record would instill confidence in a consumer. Again, in the last two years, it would be good to see one customer who came back with a motor issue that paid NOTHING to have it fixed. It has not been that no motors have come back. All we have seen so far is how the motor problems were everyone's fault buy your own. Our example is a great example of what a customer could expect if a problem does arrise. Truth is Kyle, this would not be taking the extreme route it has taken if the first thing you had said would have been "How can we help"? I know...I know...it must somehow have been my fault for that. B.
